You'll be our passionate Digital Marketing Strategist, a brand champion whose mission is to relentlessly drive customer acquisition and retention with powerful content strategies across email, social and web. You'll be a master of the written word and have a strong opinion about the Oxford comma. For you, making a brand isn't about just sketching an automated email series or social campaign, it's about leveraging the right message, to the right user (using all the right data and touchpoints) at the right time. With content so good it gives you all the feels. You'll move effortlessly from tactical copywriting for a webpage, sell sheet or email to what really fuels you, building holistic strategies that are built with customer data and a strong knowledge of what drives engagement.   

 

You’ll work alongside account managers, the digital marketing team and partner with key stakeholders to provide analysis, measure performance and provide actionable solutions that move the needle. And you'll love doing it for world-class clients and in collaboration with a team that supports and respects you. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and deliver best-in-class digital marketing strategies for our clients from idea to inception, partnering with the Digital Marketing team, key stakeholders and clients. 
  • Create best-in-class content and content strategies to support client goals and be willing to experiment with and test new methodologies, tools and know what's going to deliver the most value.  
  • Build, monitor and optimize programs in email marketing, social media marketing, paid digital and other advertising initiatives.   
  • Research, copywrite, benchmark, track and implement all facets of online digital programs across multiple clients. 
  • Provide strategic guidance, regular account coordination, and effective analysis of activity in order to prioritize initiatives and maximize revenue growth for clients. 
  • Responsible for day to day client and key stakeholder communication and reporting. 

 
Requirements: 

  • 4-7 years' digital marketing experience required with proficiency in SEO and data analytics and an emphasis in email, social and content. 
  • We'll be impressed if you have a Google Analytics certification (Mobile too? Be still our heart.) 
  • 1-2 years' B2B experience preferred, in-house or agency side, especially with technical writing experience. 
  • Extensive knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Exact Target, Mail Chimp, Windsor Circle or Constant Contact.  
  • Deep experience working with advanced segmentation within email marketing platforms. 
  • Mastery of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) including ads interfaces, automation and analytics within these platforms. You can execute within just as easily as you can build the strategies with them. 
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center, CRM systems (such as Sugar or Salesforce), and Ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, LemonStand or MarketGravity). 
  • Passionate about continuous growth and learning, with an uncanny ability to solve complex problems and work past roadblocks.  
  • You are proactive and resourceful, you don't wait to be told what to do and you can efficiently find the best resources to get stuff done. 
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations to improve marketing experience. 
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), lead generations strategy, conducting A/B and multivariate testing and website optimization. And you have a preferred tool of choice for CRO. 
  • Knowledge or experience working in Agile-based teams or environments preferred.
